Meghan Sutherland
Meghan joins MGS Group Real Estate after 5 years at Pinnacle Residential Properties in Wellesley, where she was a top producing agent and successfully brokered one of the largest on market sales in the town of Wellesley. Prior to her time at Pinnacle, Meghan worked as a Real Estate Attorney, focusing her practice on residential, land use and zoning law. Meghan gained invaluable experience representing both buyers and sellers in negotiating their real estate contracts. Her strong analytical and negotiation skills have made her a fierce advocate for her real estate clients.
Meghan quite literally grew up in the residential real estate business, as she is the daughter of a renowned local real estate attorney and a lifelong real estate broker. Meghan’s bench depth in the Metro West area is not just learned … it is lived. Having grown-up in Dover, and lived in Wellesley, and now in Needham, she loves to share her personal experience living in these phenomenal Metro West towns as her clients search for their ideal fit!
Aside from having comprehensive knowledge of the transactional side of a real estate deal, Meghan has a passion for architecture and design and loves finding just the right spaces for her clients to live! Having completed a full renovation of her 1841 Colonial farm house, Meghan can provide her clients with experienced vision and transformative ideas as they think about their next place to call home or in listing a property for sale. She loves the diversity of New England architecture and finding potential in every space!
Meghan received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2006, and B.A. from Boston College in 2001.
Meghan is an active alumna at St. Mark’s School in Southborough and Charles River School in Dover. She has served as the Co-Chair of the Parents Association at Saint Joseph Elementary School in Needham as well as the Chair of the Wellesley Cooperative Nursery School Board. Aside from watching her children play sports, Meghan is an avid golfer and loves, most of all, to be home with her husband, 3 children and dog Cooper.
